They advance in the shadow, long white figures, on stilts, being draped by clothes, who seem to wait for any meeting. Appearing in the course of a tree, at the corner of a street, provided with the only language of silences and slow gestures ; they begin strange secret meetings, they approach, go away and finally invite us to follow them...

"L’Effet Sphère" is a musical and dream-related street show for all audiences. Our sensitivity toward environmental issues and our desire to go with our time in the idea of a better world led us to a non-narrative scenario, built for a slow progression in urban places, made of shifting, dynamical and poetical suggestions and images.

Huge cup-and-balls escort a giant music box and carry out a magisterial parade, inspired by the rigor, the elegance and the purity of the courts of yesteryear.

In 2008, we have created two new shows "Musical Notes" and "Pops", two stiltwalkers trio with different imagination. They may perform for different events (parade, festivals…)

In years, Compagnie des Quidams is often appealed to imagine artistic events : festival, conventions, offical opening…

"Herbert’s Dream", an adjustable show, suits to this kind of events.
